Orders and prices

Product prices are shown in Philippine pesos. Availability, the exact variant and delivery fee are checked after you place an order request. Your order number confirms that we received the request; it is not a demand for immediate payment.

• Review the item, quantity, address and payment choice before pressing Place order.
• We contact you if a variant, stock status or price needs confirmation.
• You can cancel before the supplier order is placed by messaging us promptly.

Payment

Choose Cash on Delivery or the verified Bear & Beyond GCash / InstaPay QR at checkout. Staff confirms stock, delivery and the exact total before dispatch or online payment.

• For Cash on Delivery, pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
• For GCash, wait for the confirmed total and never share an MPIN, password or one-time PIN.
• GCash payment proof can be uploaded through the order-tracking page or sent to our official support conversation.

Delivery and fulfilment

Coverage, cost and estimated arrival depend on the product and destination. Some items may be fulfilled directly by a supplier and items in one order may arrive separately.

• Bulky products and remote destinations may cost more or may be unavailable.
• Staff adds courier and tracking details when the parcel is dispatched.
• Delays caused by weather, courier operations or remote-area access will be communicated when known.

Faulty, incorrect or damaged items

Contact us as soon as possible and preferably within seven days of delivery. Keep the item, packaging and shipping label, and provide clear photos or video so we can investigate with the supplier or courier.

• Available remedies may include replacement, repair, refund or another solution appropriate to the issue.
• Change-of-mind requests after dispatch depend on the supplier and return-shipping conditions.
• Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that apply under Philippine law.

Privacy notice

We collect the information needed to process and support an order: name, phone number, delivery address, selected products, notes, payment choice, payment proof and order updates.

• Information is used for order confirmation, fulfilment, delivery, support, fraud prevention and required business records.
• We share only what is necessary with authorised staff, the relevant supplier, courier and service providers supporting the order workflow.
• Published verified reviews are anonymous. Customer names, order details and uploaded files are not shown with a public review.
• We do not ask for wallet passwords, MPINs or one-time PINs.
• To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact official support and quote your order number.
